1. Introduction

Welcome to Tenders Connect. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or simply browsing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Use of the Platform

Tenders Connect provides a platform bridging buyers and suppliers for public and private sector contracts. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended B2B purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract tender data, CPV codes, or user profiles for use in competing services.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your company capability profiles.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited promotional material.
• Attempt to bypass or compromise our platform's security or AI-matching infrastructure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access features such as AI Assistant matching, alert scheduling, and buyer networking, you must create a profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (e.g., advanced AI capability matching, direct buyer applications, and full source link access) require a paid subscription package.

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected package.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, databases, and algorithms (including our AI Matching systems) are the exclusive property of Tenders Connect and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and company information you upload to your profile, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process this data to provide the Services (e.g., sharing your profile with buyers when you apply for a notice).

6. Limitation of Liability

Tenders Connect acts as an aggregator and facilitator. We do not guarantee the award of any contract, the accuracy of third-party buyer notices, or the performance of any supplier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Tenders Connect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising out of your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
